We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Your manifestation goals and personal preferences
• Journal entries and written content you create in the app
• Voice recordings you choose to save
• Vision board images you upload
• App usage data (streaks, affirmation counts, wins you log)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
• Personalise your experience with affirmations, prompts, and coaching content
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Send you reminders and notifications you set yourself
• Improve and develop new features of our Service
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Stripe — to process subscription payments securely. Stripe receives your payment information directly; we do not store card details.
• OpenAI — our artificial intelligence service provider. What we send: your manifestation goal. Purpose: to create affirmations tailored to your goals based on your input. Scope: artificial intelligence is used only for the affirmations feature, which is completely optional — no other part of the app uses AI at all, keeping energy use and environmental impact minimal. What we do NOT send: your name, email, journal entries, voice recordings, vision board images, or payment information are never shared with the AI service.
• Base44 — our app infrastructure provider, who stores your data securely
• Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights

AI Data Sharing Consent: Before sharing your data with our AI service for the first time, the app displays an in-app consent notice explaining what data is sent and to whom. You can decline, and no data will be shared with the AI service. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data from our systems.

Subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription at the time of account deletion, it will be automatically cancelled on your behalf. You will not be charged for any future billing periods after deletion. Any charges already processed before deletion are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Our app uses minimal local storage and session data necessary for the Service to function (e.g., keeping you logged in and remembering your theme preference). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
