1. Using the app

Dreamgirl Manifested is a personal manifestation and journaling tool. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need an account, a valid email address and a device with a modern browser to use it. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

New members can use the app free for 7 days. After that, access to the premium features requires a monthly or yearly subscription, charged in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, and the amount and billing period are confirmed before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page inside the app, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges.

3. Refunds

Payments already taken are generally non-refundable. Nothing here removes any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us through the Contact page and we will look at it with you.

4. Your content

Your journal entries, affirmations, voice recordings, vision boards and wins belong to you. We store them so the app can show them back to you, and we do not publish them or sell them. You are responsible for the content you upload, and you should only add images and audio that you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload harmful files, or to attempt to access another member's account or data.

6. Affirmations and coaching

Some affirmations are written for you using an artificial intelligence service, based on the goal you enter. The app is a self-development tool, not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. You decide what you practise and what you believe.

7. Availability and changes

We keep the app running and improve it over time, so features may change, and occasionally the service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. If we make a significant change to these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your data. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time. We may close an account that seriously breaches these terms.
